The best way (and only way) to contact us is by email. Send us an email and we ill respond back as soon as possible. (within reason of course…..)
All orders MUST be paid in full prior to the order being shipped.
Once the order is complete and total with shipping is giving to you, the customer, you will have five (5) business days to pay the invoice. If payment is not received within five (5) business days, you will forfeit the order and it will be moved onto the next customer. For special order that require a down payment, you will have fifteen (15) days from date of invoice to pay. If no payment is received, the order will be cancelled and down payment will not be reimbursed.
The following forms of payment are accepted by All American Mfg:
1.) VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER CARD. As of this time, payments must be made through PayPal. Don’t worry, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your credit card through their service without creating an account. Just follow the instructions when checking out.
2.) MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED CHECKS. Please make payable to: All American Mfg.
3.) NO personal checks or business checks. No C.O.D., NO Western Union, NO third party checks.
Washington Residence will pay sales tax on orders placed through our site.
As of this time, international orders will be on a case by case basis. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping is not included. Miss prints or errors on the website will not be honored.
If it is on the website, it should be available. We try to keep the inventory online up to date. If for some reason we missed an item, we will contact you immediately and will refund the purchase cost. We do not offer backorder unless we are certain the item will be available in a reasonable amount of time.
As stated when ordering seats cushions, these are made when you order. These take time to build. Please allow at least 4 weeks before you start complaining. Orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed.
LAYAWAY / PAYMENT PLAN: Not offered.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If there is problem with the product due to manufacturing, does not fit, displeasing or unsatisfactory, contact us within 14 days. You must receive a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping it back. The product must be shipped in the original condition for refund or exchange. Once product is received, the refund will be completed, minus shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges, unless we shipped the wrong item. Any return received back without an Authorization number will not be refunded.
